Why Am I Not Making Sales?
You even have periods where the fact that you have to sell your product or service to an individual, makes you feel ill.
You get a few knockbacks, sometimes in a row. You now do all you can to avoid picking up the telephone to reach out and sell to your prospect.

Because I too have put myself (and my family) at risk by not making enough sales to provide the basic income needed.

It was not always the way.
I have over 40 years in the sales Industry and I have sold most things and in most ways.

Safety Training Systems to Industry
Construction Products and Systems
Educational products to Colleges and Universities
Commercial Financial products for a major European Bank,
And more.
I also headed up sales divisions, ran sales training and fronted commercial client partnerships.
All in all a successful sales career. I was at the top of my game. I was confident and could go into any client presentation and be sure that my pitch would see me close at 46% plus.

So what went wrong?
Redundancy.
Sadly being made redundant, I found that it was very difficult for me to find suitable employment, at the same corporate level AND salary that I had enjoyed.
So, I turned to the world of Online Business.
Running an Online Business is a challenge.
It is no different to any other business except for the fact that you may be working alone in a home environment.
Running my business I faced the challenges, the hurdles and the daily tasks that need to be performed.
But,
One thing happened.
As I was not fully focused, because of other tasks, on my sales activity – my sales suffered.
I started to look at alternative ways to close a prospect.
I would use email outreach extensively.
I would not pick up the phone
My Sales and Income
Plummeted.

I suffered a major confidence crisis in my selling and ability to run my business.
It was like I was starting all over again in my career, except now I was much older and probably more jaded.
I was tired
I was frustrated
I was fed up with the lack of success
I reached the point of almost quitting on my business and the dreams and goals that I had aligned with it.
That is until I analysed what I was doing wrong… and asked myself…

I went back
I stripped back my sales process and activities.
I changed my whole approach to what I was not doing.
–The Basics.
In doing so I began, step by step, to rebuild my sales.
Rebuild my business
Rebuild my Income level
All by following my simple basics.
I found that the basics and system, when I shared them with others, they too saw significant improvements in their day to day activities, to improve and increase their sales,
And their income.
I am happy to share my ways with you.
